Storage Guide
To store Venchi chocolate, keep it in its original wrapping in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, at a temperature between 16-20 ℃. If stored properly, it will remain delicious until the date indicated on the label.

Delivery Arrangement
Enjoy complimentary delivery by SF Cold Chain Express (a temperature-controlled service for ambient products, ensuring proper transport conditions) for any individual net purchase amounting to HK$500 or more. Please note that specific and remote areas are exempt from delivery surcharges.
For orders below HK$500, a fee of HK$50 will be applied. Selected and remote areas will incur a delivery surcharge of HK$50.
The order will be arrive within two to four working days upon confirmation of selected dispatch date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

- The delivery date can be adjusted through the SF Hong Kong app if needed.
- This service is point-to-point delivery; if you cannot receive the products immediately (e.g., left on a lobby), it might melt in hot weather.
